As IAW’s Global Client Advisor, Cara can help you bring Dr. Cialdini to your next conference as a keynote presenter. She can also assist you with ethical influence training and keynotes customized by our Cialdini Method Certified Trainers who have been personally trained by Dr. Cialdini.

Cara earned her marketing degree from Northern Arizona University. For 12 years, she managed all of the meetings and conventions for the National Speakers Association and previously was with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Cara is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and also has her Certification in Meeting Management (CMM). She is a past president of the Meeting Professionals International Arizona Chapter (MPIAz) and was named MPIAz Planner of the Year in 2002-03.

In her spare time, Cara enjoys teaching Kundalini Yoga and spending time with her husband, Paul.

Eily VanderMeer worked for IAW from 2004 to 2006 as a sales and administrative associate and upon graduation from ASU, with a BA in Anthropology, took two years off to participate in archaeological fieldwork. She joined us again in 2008 as our Director of Client Services. Currently, as Director of Communications, she manages our online strategy in addition to continually providing exceptional client support. In her free time she enjoys watching The Mandalorian, Harry Potter movies, listening to heavy metal and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves pampering her little dogs, Percy, Bella and Chico.

Jandy Hughes, CPA has been working with INFLUENCE AT WORK since 2005 . If money is involved, Jandy’s got her mark on it. Jandy has been a CPA for over 20 years, working in the public accounting, retail and fashion industries. Jandy is an avid golfer and dancer, though not at the same time. Jandy is originally from York, PA and currently lives in Chandler, AZ.
