Who will be facilitating this workshop?

This Open POP Workshop is taught by the INFLUENCE AT WORK Director of Training, Dr. Gregory Neidert. Dr. Neidert is an excellent facilitator combining energy, expertise, and experience.

Can I bring my laptop?

Yes, but please do not use it during the training.

We have secured a special rate of $169 single occupancy plus taxes per night for participants staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. The block of rooms is under INFLUENCE AT WORK on a first-come, first served basis until February 19, 2015.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to INFLUENCE AT WORK. All cancellations and registration changes are subject to a $100 processing fee.

Registration cancellations:
- Cancellations received 90 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 60 days before the event are subject to a $500 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 30 days before the event are subject to a $700 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.

Registration changes:
- Changes received 90 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.
- Changes received 60 days before the event are subject to a $400 processing charge.
- Changes received 30 days before the event are subject to a $600 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.

Are meals included?

We provide light breakfast items each morning and lunch on both days as well as beverage service throughout.

Can my special dietary need be accommodated?

Yes, be sure to let us know on your registration form.

What is the proper attire?

The Phoenix area is very casual and warm. We suggest business casual attire that can accommodate our Arizona climate.

How far is the hotel from Sky Harbor International Airport?

15-20 minutes.

Can I bring a tape recorder or other recording device?

The POP Workshop and all POP materials are protected by copyright. Thus, no recording is permitted.
