Who will be facilitating this workshop?:

This Open POP Workshop is taught by the INFLUENCE AT WORK Director of Training, Dr. Gregory Neidert. Dr. Neidert is an excellent facilitator combining energy, expertise, and experience.

Can I bring my laptop?:

Yes, but please do not use it during the training.

We have secured a special rate of $121 single occupancy plus taxes per night for participants staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. The block of rooms is under INFLUENCE AT WORK on a first-come, first served basis until August 12, 2013.

What is your cancellation policy?:

Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to INFLUENCE AT WORK. All cancellations and registration changes are subject to a $100 processing fee.

Registration cancellations:
- Cancellations received 90 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 60 days before the event are subject to a $500 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 30 days before the event are subject to a $700 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.

Registration changes:
- Changes received 90 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.
- Changes received 60 days before the event are subject to a $400 processing charge.
- Changes received 30 days before the event are subject to a $600 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.

Are meals included?:

We provide light breakfast items each morning and lunch on both days as well as beverage service throughout.

Can my special dietary need be accommodated?:

Yes, be sure to let us know on your registration form.

What is the proper attire?:

The Phoenix area is very casual and warm. We suggest business casual attire that can accommodate our Arizona climate.

How far is the hotel from Sky Harbor International Airport?:

15-20 minutes.

Can I bring a tape recorder or other recording device?:

The POP Workshop and all POP materials are protected by copyright. Thus, no recording is permitted.
