What is the proper attire?
The Tempe area is very casual and warm. We suggest business casual attire that can accommodate our Arizona climate.
Are meals included?
We provide breakfast and lunch as well as beverage service throughout.
Can my special dietary need be accommodated?
Yes, be sure to let us know on your registration form.
How far is the venue from Sky Harbor International Airport?
Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is located approximately 7 miles from College Avenue Commons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to INFLUENCE AT WORK. All cancellations and registration changes are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Registration cancellations:
- Cancellations received 90 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 60 days before the event are subject to a $500 processing charge.
- Cancellations received 30 days before the event are subject to a $700 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.
- No refund for cancellations within one week of the workshop.
Registration changes:
- Changes received 90 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.
- Changes received 60 days before the event are subject to a $400 processing charge.
- Changes received 30 days before the event are subject to a $600 processing charge.
- Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.
