Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Training from Webster University. Additionally, he holds undergraduate degrees in Sales and Marketing from Trident College and Charleston Southern University. Richard received the prestigious Merit Award in Marketing. Richard completed his Master’s program Summa Cum Laude from Webster University. His thesis focused on pharmaceutical sales and marketing excellence.
