Gail Rudolph, CFRE and CMCT, is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at LIFT Leadership, Inc. As an internationally sought-after master at enhancing teams, she brings her expertise to all types of organizations and industries. Gail possesses the unique ability to identify root issues quickly and pinpoint the proper tools needed while applying her deep knowledge of the science of influence to create lasting solutions and affect change.
Gail holds a master’s degree in Human Services Administration, an Entrepreneurial Leadership certification from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Among her many accomplishments, Gail has been named a Top 10 Leader You Should Know. She is a published author and is presently working on her next book about empowering women. Gail is an Executive Director on The John Maxwell Team while also serving on his Presidents Advisory Council.
Gail is a certified and credentialed expert in team dynamics, philanthropy, sales training, leadership training, value-based leadership, DISC certified behavior analysis, business coach and consultant, as well as a sought-after speaker. She facilitates, speaks, trains, and coaches individuals and groups in leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth.
Using qualitative and quantitative research to ensure success, Gail assesses team dynamics, zeros in on individual needs, and collaboratively formulates proven plans that create high-producing teams and organizations all over the globe to improve productivity, performance, and profitability by moving them from participation to partnership and cooperation to collaboration.
Gail has worked with local and global government agencies, youth organizations, and local social services to enhance the character development of future generations. In 2019, Gail traveled with a team as part of a national Transformation Effort to Asuncion Paraguay to educate government leaders, business executives, and students. She holds several certifications to enhance leadership and character skills in youth and firmly believes that investing in upcoming leaders is vital in shaping the future of our communities.
Gail has more than 25 years of experience serving in leadership positions across a spectrum of organizations, including community hospitals, academic medical institutions, large healthcare systems and consulting. Her past experience includes extensive work in Leadership and Philanthropy at Cleveland Clinic, Northwestern University, Dignity Health, and various other organizations and companies.
When Gail is not traveling or preparing to train others, she spends her free time enjoying the company of her husband, two grown children and friends. You will often find them at her house playing board games with a room full of laughter.
