What Dr. Robert Cialdini has to say about Cathrine:
“Cathrine Moestue has the rare ability to deliver seminar material in a way that is both hard (because she obviously knows the facts) and soft (because of her graceful presentational style). As a result, audiences respond eagerly to her message.”
What Cathrine’s clients are saying about her:
Cathrine’s gift is that she is extremely perceptive, combined with her talent as a great communicator, which means she adapts and tailors learnings to her audience in a way that hits the bulls-eye every time. We have utilized Cathrine’s help in multiple ways in the past, and will continue to do so going forward.”
—Wesley Caple, Country Sector Lead Norway, Siemens Healthcare
I gave Cathrine Moestue an extensive and personal interview during European Congress of Psychology 2009 on the subject of The Psychology of Evil and my personal life story. Cathrine suggested that we do the interview while seeing “Norway in a Nutshell” and I am very grateful for her creativity on this matter because it enabled me to see the Fjords of Norway while giving my interview. She created a remarkable win-win situation and I am struck by her passionate interest for social psychology and her clear understanding of the principles of persuasion. She is as far as I know the only person in Scandinavia who is personally certified by my good friend Robert Cialdini and I would like to recommend Cathrine for her innovative and open mindedness, creativity, smartness and gentle character. If she ever asks you for an interview, say YES!”
—Philip Zimbardo, Professor Emeritus Stanford University
Principles of Persuation is one of the most valuable courses I have ever attended. The content has been valuable and adaptable to both professional and personal life. Cathrine facilitated the course in a very good way with lots of practical training, reflections, good explanations and examples. It wasn’t just a good course in terms of building skills, but it was also fun! Cathrine is a very skilled and professional trainer with a good sense of humor and calmness about her that makes the participant feel comfortable and make them active. I highly recommend both Cathrine and POP.”

This was truly different from all other sales courses that i have taken, that are more instrumental but this was a very exciting workshop. Finally, something that take into account the most important thing that we are; Human, with an intuitive knowledge about what is right. The theory & process of the workshop is easy to understand, it will just take some discipline to implement these practical tools of effective & ethical influence!!”

POP is one of the best “brainings” I have ever been to. I strongly believe that there is no one who will not benefit from this. In fact the risk is that you loose business unnecessary.”

Recommendation of Cathrine Moestue and the Cialdini-Method, 2013
Kvaerner AS invited Cathrine as our key note speaker on our “Kvrerner Leadership Forum” ( LF) 2011 at hour headquarters at Fornebu. Since one of our main leaders focuses is to “get things clone through others”, this seminar on “Leadership & Influence” was spot on. Cathrine connected well with theca 70 attending leaders and the un-disputable results of the research made a huge impression as well as Cathrine’s convincing way of speaking. She is very professional, builds trust and uses humour in a very vivid way.
Since this KLF was such a success, we wanted to do the same at our Fabrication Yard at Kvrerner Stord AS. Cathrine prepared herself well before meeting yard leaders, by visiting the yard and getting knowledge about the island Stord and local tradition. She linked the principles of influence to our HSE mind set and showed us how we directly could use this in our daily work. She connected well with the ca 80 leaders at Stord as well, made them laugh and feel at ease while she was teaching.
Cathrine really takes the “magic” out of persuasion and makes it easy for us to practice.
Cathrine is professional, well prepared and fun to work with. She is credible both in Norwegian and English, connects with both Engineering and Construction leaders and is good at reading her audience and to making this method relevant.
I warmly recommend both the “Cialdini- method” and Cathrine Moestue for top leadership education.
