Bas founded Keukenplaats which soon became one of the Netherlands leading online lead generators in the kitchen business, growing 25% annually and becoming a multi-million euro turn-over business, even in the midst of a huge Dutch economic crises.
For many years Bas has devoured the research and studies of Dr. Robert Cialdini, the world’s most cited social psychologist on the topics of influence and persuasion. After a rigorous and extensive training program, personally conducted by Dr. Cialdini, Bas earned the prestigious CMCT (Cialdini Method Certified Trainer) designation. Today Bas is currently the exclusive CMCT for the Netherlands.
