Accommodations:

Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant.  We have secured a special rate of $119 single occupancy plus taxes per night for participants staying at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa.  The block of rooms is under Principles of Persuasion on a first-come, first served basis before Tuesday, August 19, 2008.  Please call 800-544-5866 M-F 8am-5pm PST to reserve your room.

Cancellation:

Any cancellations or substitutions must be in writing and forwarded to Influence At Work. All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing  fee.   Cancellations received less than 45 days before the event are subject to a $200 processing charge.  Cancellations received less than 15 days before the event are subject to a $300 processing charge.  Nonattendance without written cancellation prior to the event will incur the full event fee.  Substitutions may be permitted, contact IAW for details.
