Before joining Novo Nordisk over 10 years ago as a representative and field trainer, Tracy worked in several other top pharmaceutical companies. People development has always been a fundamental in Tracy's career. After a short time as a Field Coach she defined the role of Sales Training Manager moving on to Training and Development Manager UK and then Head of Training and Development for Europe North before being promoted to People and Organisation Director Europe North.

Top performance is one of the key fundamentals of her personal philosophy - encompassing herself, her team and the people whose lives she can positively influence.  In 2001 she became one of the first people to be certified by Professor Robert B. Cialdini to present his research on ethical influence and the compliance process.  This, together with her own personal interest in culture, the science of self and the metrics of performance has guided the way that Training and Development has evolved over time in Novo Nordisk.
