Extensive scholarly training in the psychology of influence, together with over 30 years of research into the subject, has earned Dr. Cialdini an international reputation as an expert in the fields of persuasion, compliance, and negotiation.
His books including, Influence: Science and Practice, are the results of years of study into the reasons that people comply with requests in business settings. Worldwide, Influence has sold over a million copies. Influence has been published in twenty languages and consistently ranks within the top one half of one percent of books sold on Amazon.com.
In the field of influence and persuasion, Dr. Cialdini is the most cited social psychologist in the world today.
Dr. Cialdini received his Ph.D from the University of North Carolina and his post doctoral training from Columbia University. He has held Visiting Scholar Appointments at Ohio State University, the University of California, the Annenberg School of Communications, and the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University. Currently, Dr. Cialdini holds dual appointments at Arizona State University . He is a W.P. Carey Distinguished Professor of Marketing and Regents' Professor of Psychology, where he has also been named Distinguished Graduate Research Professor.

Dr. Gregory Neidert is an organizational consultant, who is an expert in ameliorating organizational and social traps by using the principles of influence. He deals with management and employees in shaping a working culture that is maximally adaptable to ever changing internal & external organizational environments.
Dr. Neidert received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University , where he is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology. In his more than 25 years at ASU, he has received numerous honors and awards, among which are Outstanding Professor, Outstanding Faculty, Promoter of Excellence Award, Research Fellow at the Lincoln Center for Private & Public Sector Ethics, Who's Who in Executives & Professionals, etc.
As President of World Work, Inc., he is the creator of the World of Work Inventory, a comprehensive psychometric assessment used throughout North America, Britain , Australia & New Zealand. Dr. Neidert also holds a Directorship with INFLUENCE AT WORK, an international consulting, strategic planning and training organization based on the Six Principles of Influence (per the research of Dr. Robert Cialdini).

Today's Arizona Woman Magazine has named Bobette Gorden as one of Arizona's Top Women in Business.
Bobette is President of NewInformation Presentations, an international speakers bureau representing over 1,000 celebrities, experts, authors and sport stars.
Bobette has served on the MPI International Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and was Chair of the International Chapter Relations Committee. She is as past president of the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of MPI and is a graduate of ASU. In addition, Bobette was named the International Supplier of the Year of more than 18,000 members world-wide.
In addition, she has served on the board of the Tempe Adult Day Health Care Center, volunteered for the Area Agency for the Aged, and campaigned for Campaign Finance Reform. Bobette has also been selected to attend Valley Leadership and graduated in class XIII.
