Cialdini Method Certified Trainers (CMCT) course is a rigorous 4-day "train-the-trainer" course designed for experienced corporate and professional trainers who belong to established training companies. Led by Drs. Cialdini and Neidert, the CMCT course provides trainers with the knowledge and skills needed to present the Principles of Persuasion workshop. The course includes:

To date, individuals from seven countries including the U.S., Hong Kong, the Netherlands, England, Korea, Canada and Norway have completed this intense four-day course to become the only trainers officially sanctioned to hold the Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT) Certification.

• presentations by Dr. Cialdini
• discussion of the rationale behind the structure of the presentations, examples, and exercises used in the workshop
• illustrations from the laboratory and real life
• discussions and tips on presentation protocol
• practice presentations by each participant, followed by feedback sessions
• a written CMCT exam
• a discussion of the rights and responsibilities that accompany the CMCT.

Certification is designed specifically for experienced corporate trainers working in corporations or established training companies who wish to deliver the workshop through their own training departments or companies and using their own trainers.
